Lettuce Patch Brick

Lettuces are gorgeous edible greens that come in all shapes, colors, textures and flavors. And, they signal for us all the newness and hope that spring offers. Ours is made with organic butter lettuce topped off with butters of shea and cocoa. Its calming light and fresh scent complements this soap's green creamy goodness.

When we were wee little ones and had restless, sleepless nights, my gramma would draw us a warm bath, steep fresh lettuce and in it we would soak for a bit of time. I'm not sure if it was the warm water or the lettuce leaves, but we always slept soundly.
