Leche con Chocolate
"¡Báte, báte, chocolate!", is a popular Mexican children’s song meaning, stir, stir, the chocolate! The Aztecs and Mayas were the first to make xocoatl and it was highly regarded in their everyday lives. Believed to impart wisdom and properity when consumed, chocolate is embedded deeply in our cultural history.
Our Milk with Chocolate soap is absolutely sinful. Made with pure Askinosie Chocolate from Springfield, Missouri, the Askinosie chocolate powder is made from the cacao beans grown by select farmers from Mexico and the Phillipines. We add organic cow’s milk to our signature soap formulation that makes for the most scrumptious (don’t eat it!). We carefully formulated its scent from Chocolate absolute, vanilla and green notes of thyme and lavender with a fleeting nod of honeyed coconut.

The three herbs in our logo albáhaca, ruda y romero (basil, rue and rosemary) are homage to our grandmothers who always grew them together to bring health, happiness and prosperity.
